Stage 1: Architectural Drawings, Architectural committees, Civil Engineering, Design/Bid, to Permit.
Stage 2: Pre-Construction meetings, Site Surveys.
Stage 3: Excavation, Foundation and Footings.
Stage 4: Framing, Dry-in, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Four-way Inspection, Insulation, Drywall, Interior and Exterior Finishing, Walkthrough and Final Inspection, and finally, Occupancy.
